Delegates elect to work with a subgroup according to interest and expertise. It is suggested that a delegate stay with the chosen subgroup for at least a one year-period to ensure continuity of progress on assigned work and projects. Delegates are at liberty to participate in other subgroup activities and contribute expertise as time permits.
