As an international cost analysis group whose participants are active in government and Industry, SSCAG possesses a unique technical base from which to gather data and opinions. In addition, the membership comprises customers, reviewers, contractors, subcontractors, model builders and analysts. A particular benefit of membership is the expertise available for the determination of space systems effectiveness, of which cost effectiveness is a major parameter.
